今年六月刚获金曲奖肯定的创作才女陈珊妮，果然好事连连，今年五月就接获韩国公司Vinyl Entertainment邀约，主动来电希望能将陈珊妮的音乐带到韩国发行，因为韩国有许多乐迷很喜欢华语歌曲，但华语歌手一直没有办法正式打入韩国市场。Vinyl Entertainment和韩国三大无线电视台之一的SBS电视台旗下的网络部门「SBSi」合作，将陈珊妮得奖的专辑《如果有一件事是重要的》英文版专辑完整的推广到韩国各大收费下载的网络，像是NAVER、DAUM、CYWORLD、M.NET、BUGS、MELON等等主要的大型入口网站，现在全部都可以付费下载陈珊妮的英文版专辑。「如果有一件事是重要的」中文版和英文版是同时录制完成的，这也是英文版第一次公开与乐迷分享
